Gravenstein/Hillcrest Staff Appreciation Lunchoen, 5/17, Donations Needed….

GSF wil honor the amazing staffs of Gravenstein and Hillcrest with a lunchoen on Thursday, May 17 at 1:30 PM.  The lunchoen is coordinated by parent volunteer, Denise Kramer.  She is still in need of the following items:

  •  ten-person servings of some type of starchy salad (a ten-person serving is equal to five cups)
  •  four, ten-person servings of green salad (a cucumber-tomato salad would be good, too)
  •  fifteen pounds of strawberries cleaned and stemmed
  • twenty bananas
  • 2.5 gallons of tea (ice will be added)
  •  two batches of some small type of dessert (like cookies)

Please contact Denise Kramer at isemkramer@gmail.com or 707-762-2254 if you are able to contribute any of these items.

Gravenstein District Staff Appreciation Luncheon, 5/17/12, 1:30 PM

The following message is from Denise Kramer, the parent volunteer who is coordinating the Gravenstein District Staff Appreciation Luncheon.  Please consider helping to make this event a success.

The Staff Appreciation Luncheon is scheduled for May 17th. Wine Country Party Rentals in Sonoma has kindly offered to provide linens, flatware and glassware. But I really need help with food and service. I will need two volunteers to help with setup and two to help with service at 1:30 as well as cleaning up afterwards. For food/beverage I need five, ten-person servings of some type of a starchy salad (like potato, rice, or pasta salad), five, ten-person servings of a green/vegetable salad (green salad, cucumber salad, tomato salad, etc.), five – three pound containers of strawberries, cleaned and de-stemmed, twenty bananas, five plates of mixed cookies/desserts, two and a half gallons of lemonade and two and a half gallons of iced tea. Please bring your items in either disposable containers or in containers with your name clearly marked on them so I can get them back to you. Let me know how you would like to help!
